Booking & Inquiry
Start your journey by filling out our inquiry form. Our team will be in contact to review timing and your space. If you wish to have someone onsite, an additional fee will be added.

Scheduling & Setup
Once your quote is approved, we finalize your date and time. Our experienced operators arrive early to set up the simulator and ensure everything is in perfect working order. A full walkthrough of operation will be done after setup.

Event Execution
If you choose to have staff operating the event, our professional operators manage the simulator, assist with course selection, and provide expert tips to keep your guests engaged and competitive. Otherwise, a full explanation will be given to the renter.

Breakdown & Farewell
After the final round, we perform a thorough breakdown. All equipment is cleaned, packed, and returned to our fleet for the next event.Â

FAQ
What space do I need?
Our mobile units require a clear, flat area of approximately 16 feet by 16 feet and 12 feet of overhead clearance. This provides ample room for the simulator setup and allows guests to move freely around the event space. The inflatable is 16'x16'x12'.
What power is required?
We require a standard 110V outlet with a 20-amp circuit. This is typically provided by a standard wall outlet or a dedicated power strip. Please ensure your venue has a stable electrical connection. All cords and adapters are supplied for each rental.
Can we book during the rainy season?
While our units are weather-resistant and tethered, we recommend scheduling events during dry months to ensure optimal performance.
How long does setup take?
Our setup process is typically completed within 30 minutes. This includes unpacking the equipment, setting up the screen, and performing a final technical check before the event begins.
Can this be setup indoors?
The inflatable can be setup inside of a large event setting, school gym, large garage etc., but be mindful of the overall dimensions.
What if I don't want the inflatable?
At this time, all rentals require the inflatable.
